What is Dancing with Brides?

Brides Magazine’s first-ever instructional dance series designed to help couples learn the basic steps to that nerve-wracking firsts dance. Plus, one lucky fancy-footed couple will win a $10,000 GRAND PRIZE towards their wedding and the chance to appear both on TV and in the pages of the magazine!

Who can attend?

Brides and Grooms-to-be scheduled to be married between May 1, 2009 and May 1, 2010

How does the contest work?

Brides and grooms-to-be will enter the "Dancing with Brides" competition, where Brides will choose four (4) finalists in the three select markets

• Readers will view program webisodes on a "Dancing with Brides" dedicated microsite and vote for the top three (3) dance couples, who will advance to the finale
• One (1) fancy-footed winning couple will be announced in a high-profile, buzz-worthy finale
• Winning couple will be showcased in a future issue of Brides and receive a $10K grand prize

When will finalists be announced?

Following the reader voting phase, Brides will notify each finalist and arrange for further dance instruction. Finalists will also be posted on the "Dancing With Brides" microsite
